1. REGISTRATION FORM & MINIMUM AMOUNT PER ORDER
Our commercial activity is aimed at studies and professionals of Tattoo and Piercing industry.
How to make shopping in this website? You must open your own customer account just filling out the data form located in “Login” area on top of this website to proceed with your order.
Attention: You are not able immediately to place your first purchase order. You must wait until we validate your data. It will take no more than 24 hours; then you will receive an email confirming that you can make purchases.
Remember that minimum amount of a single purchase order is 40 €, taxes and delivery cost not included.
2. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping costs described below are intended for standard shipments and shall be charged to the client, prior estimate by the courier company, according to the weight and volume of the shipment.
- Shipping cost to Iberian Peninsula (Spain, Portugal and Andorra), 8 €.
- Shipping cost to Baleares Islands, 11 €.
- Shipping cost to Canary Islands, 18 €.
- Please, contact us for shipments to other countries.
Orders over € 200 (excluding taxes) in piercing products bound for Spain and Portugal (peninsular area) are dispatched free of shipping costs.
3. TERMS OF DELIVERY
We currently ship all orders by a courier company within 24 hours (Iberian Peninsula).
Delivery time is under the commitment of the courier company itself. Some destinations, because they are out of the usual distribution routes of transport agencies, can lead to longer delivery times. To avoid any incidence, please indicate clearly the delivery address, as well as the best hours of delivery, although we will always have to respond to transport agency availability. Please, note that the order should be managed in our offices within the timetable of working, and then is delivered to the transport company for shipment. Sometimes the whole process could cause an unlikely delay.
Payments are handled by your choice through PAYPAL, Credit Card, and Bank transfer. There is an additional method of payment, CASH-ON-DELIVERY, only for shipments in Spain.
If carrier company is unable to deliver your order because there are nobody at destination to sign the package, you have 10 days to collect the shipment at the nearest office indicated by the carrier. After this deadline, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
6. EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
When you place an order for a product that is out of stock, we will contact you to advise on expected delivery time or to arrange an exchange of that product by another one with the same or better quality, if there is any possibility. Please, ask for price and delivery time of products with limited availability or out of stock.
Defective or damaged shipments: check the shipment at the reception time, in front of the carrier, and verify everything is OK. Don't sign anything if you are not sure that data of shipment and integrity of packaging are correct; in the worst of the cases, make a note of the impact on the delivery order from the carrier. Then, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief description of the incident and we try to attend it as soon as possible.
Incomplete shipments: If the shipment does not include some item of your purchase order, send us an email to email@example.com. This procedure is valid only within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment.
Defective products: Our products are warranted for One year. For executing this warranty against any manufacturing defect, you must first send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org; please, let us know the problem and request a return number. Then you must return the product with the original packaging and with all accessories and other related items. You can either send the goods back to our offices (expenses-paid), or just wait until next visit of our sales representative. The return number should be visible and clearly identified on the packaging. Once verified, it will be sent another product of identical or similar features in the shortest possible time.
Exclusions: Will not be covered by the guarantee those damages caused by the customer, incorrect handling, abuse, disproportionate force, etc. In any case the guarantee is limited to the product itself exclusively; any other type of guarantee is possible.
