What is ISO 9001:2015 Certification and what are the benefits?
The ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) documents the processes, procedures and responsibilities to achieve quality objectives and policies.
The ISO 9001 standard is the most widely used model in both national and international customer/supplier relationships. It is the universal language in this type of exchange in the most of business activities and is a key goal to AKIRA BODY ART, as it allows us to demonstrate our ability to meet customer needs.
This model, whose first editions were only used by large industrial companies, has evolved in successive revisions, adapting to the needs of all types of entities, including SMEs and other organizations, expanding its application to all types of activity. Starting in 2000, a clear orientation towards Quality Management in the Organization, customer satisfaction and process management, with a focus on continuous improvement, was introduced.
With the 2015 review, the focus on efficient management, the analysis of the context in which companies carry out their activities and the consideration of associated risks are further enhanced. Added to this is the adoption of an Improvement Cycle Structure used by all management models, which facilitates the integration of other aspects such as environmental, occupational health and safety, social responsibility, etc.
